Today, I was drawing circles with the tip of my finger on the pathway, when I saw a gleaming dot the size of a pebble in the sky. The light around it twisted and revolved in shades of green and blue. It grew in size and it came closer and closer... Only then did I realize it was burning. I tried to run, and soon it collided with my planet, next to one of the trees. I ran to that side and made out a smoldering chunk of something bright, so bright that I couldn't put my eyes on it, and let out a lavender smoke as it hissed and simmered.
It cooled as I approached it, and the bright light subsided, allowing the apparition of a gigantic coruscating rock as tall as I was, but not as tall as the gorgeous oak that towered over us both. Chunks of glittery glass jagged out of the glowing surface and cast a shimmering luster over the ground. It hummed in different pitches as the rock began to cool. The area directly surrounding the object had its dust sparkled and sifted through it like a shiny sand.
I had attempted to identify it, but I still don't know what it is now. It makes for an awesome light show at night, though.
